To do this is to be aware of what it is you are doing in the Moment.  What are you thinking about?  Is your focus on something else other than what you are doing at preset?  If your answer is yes, then you need to examine what it is you want out of the situation.  We all have to be in places we don't want to, right?  But on the other hand, there is a reason we are there in the first place.  Well, let go the other things that are distracting you from the moment and instead put your energy into that which is at hand.  Ah ha moments will fill you and instead of approaching things like you "have" to do them, instead you will excel at those moments!
