The Sloth is rising... again... or once and for all; after a long season in flux, we finally have a complete and solid full-time lineup with the addition of one helluva tight rhythm section rounding out a truly special vibe...

We are immature fine beer enthusiasts (the selection on-hand tonight featured Hacker-Pschorr, Guinness Pub Draft, Sam Adams Winter Lager, Bass Ale, and none other than some passed-around bottles of Harpoon's elusive Leviathan IPA--recieved as a special gift from a Harpoon representative in person... EAT THAT beer-o-philes!  Or... DRINK that?) --sort of a very loud "Beer Swap: The Musical".  We share a penchant for cult movies and absurdist humor, anything sloth-related and multifaceted, guitar-based adventurism across lots of genres from the late 60s to the present.

We don't try to fit into or relate ourselves to any specific genre--real or imagined--and five different people can have totally different favored songs of ours... and usually do.  We like that.  We strive for putting forth a diverse rock experience that may both enthrall and confuse any and all who manage to stumble into its rumbling aura...

We also share an informed and sincere revulsion towards the fruits of modern American (and increasingly global) politicians and corporate fraudsters, as well as the global machinations of power which they are synchronising fluidly against normal people like us everywhere in what seems to be one big happy scam-heist extravaganza.  We come from varyingly different perspectives but flow with a natural congruency of ideals, twistedness and musical direction when we get together.  We plan on recording some brand new, spirited and authentic rock music very soon... and we can't wait because the vibe is strong and the material is erupting...
